Milwaukie Oregon Parking Permits

City of Milwaukie and Diamond Parking Services, LLC. agree that they:

Will maintain controlled parking 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Parking enforcement will not be provided on City observed holidays.
Will use reasonable effort to keep a parking space available in one of the City permit areas.

Parking lots & on-street stalls available for permit use:

Customer agrees that:

Each vehicle must have a City of Milwaukie parking permit on display at all times located on the drivers side dashboard or hanging from the review mirror colored side face out.
Vehicles not having a Parking Permit are subject to being ticketed or impounded at owner’s expense.
I will comply with all parking rules and regulations established by the City of Milwaukie.
I will promptly pay the established parking fees and charges due each month on or before the 25th of the pervious month or my parking privileges may be subject to termination.
Diamond Parking Services, LLC. and the City of Milwaukie shall not be responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or contents thereof, parked or stored upon City permit parking areas, or for injury to any person using parking facilities.
Parking facilities may be temporarily closed for maintenance or City –approved events.
Spaces will be on a first come first serve basis. Permits do not guarantee spaces in a specific lot.
Commuter permit holders will not park in the Texaco Lot.
TERMINATION: Ten (10) days prior written notice MUST be given in order to cancel your parking permit. (Parking fee will continue through the ten (10) days of written notice.)
